Is it a short-term or long-term agreement?

Hali apartments can be leased on a 12 month basis and renewed annually.

What is the rent amount and payment schedule? Are there any additional fees, such as maintenance or management fees?

Hali rent payments are due at the beginning of the month. There are no additional fees for maintenance or management fees.

How much is the security deposit?

Hali ask for one month’s security deposit.

What is included in the rent? Are there any other services included?

Hali rent includes Virgin Media Enterprise Level Wi-Fi & TV package. Residents are responsible for their electricity bill and any additional services they wish to avail of.

Is the property furnished, partially furnished, or unfurnished? If furnished, what items are included?

All Hali apartments are fully furnished to a very high standard. Should you wish to have an apartment unfurnished or partly furnished, there are storage options within the Hali community to avail of at a charge.

Are there any amenities included, such as access to a gym, work from home space, or communal spaces?

Hali has over 2,000 sqm of amenity space on site and all accessible and complimentary to use as part of being a resident of the Hali community. Hali offer gyms, work from home zones, saunas, studios, social spaces, club houses and multiple courtyards to relax and unwind in.

Are you a pet friendly community? Are there additional fees, such as a pet deposit or pet rent?

Hali is proud to be a pet-friendly community. Pets are €30 per month on top of the monthly payment.

Is there parking available and do you have access to EV chargers?

Hali offer parking at €60 per month. Hali also have a large number of EV chargers on site and can be used at a charge.

What is the maintenance or repair policy?

Hali have a dedicated on-site management team to look after the day-day requests from residents. Further to this, Hali residents have access to a community app whereby residents can log any maintenance or general requests for our team to action in a timely and efficient manner.

What is the community like?

The locality of Cherrywood boasts fantastic views, having a sense of calm while also being less than 40 mins from Dublin City Centre by Luas direct from your door. Residents can take advantage of three beautiful parks – Beckett, Tully and Ticknick, all within a few minutes’ walk from their homes. Cabinteely Village and Park is also a few minutes’ drive away with a host of restaurants, shops and cafes and slightly further afield you will find wonderful seaside towns such as of Dun Laoghaire, Killiney and Sandycove.

What are the nearby amenities, such as grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation?

Cherrywood is perfectly situated for both the daily commute and weekend adventures. You can explore the local area by car, Luas, train, bike or even paddleboard.
