Our top priority is the health and wellbeing of our residents. As a result, we take great pride in the fact that Cherrywood is on the path to becoming the first WELL Community in Ireland. Our aim is to create a warm and inviting environment that promotes good health, with a wide range of amenities for our residents to enjoy.

Before the launch of Hali, the Cherrywood project had already established itself as a leader in sustainable real estate development. It received numerous awards from the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB), an internationally recognised certification program. Cherrywood was awarded the prestigious titles of Global Sector Leader and Overall Regional Sector Leader, solidifying its position as a sustainability pioneer in the real estate industry.

Hali Green Team

At Hali, we are committed to promoting sustainability and reducing our environmental impact. To achieve this goal, we have established the Hali Green Team, which is composed of Hali employees from various departments. We believe that by empowering our employees to take ownership of our green strategies, we are fostering a culture of sustainability within our company. This approach not only creates a sense of pride and commitment among our employees but also encourages long-term adoption of eco-friendly practices.

Irish Cancer Society

We are proud to support the Irish Cancer Society as our nominated charity. We understand the importance of giving back to the community, and we believe that supporting this charity is a powerful way to achieve that. The Irish Cancer Society has been making a significant impact on the lives of those affected by cancer, and is widely recognised as a leading voice in the fight against cancer. By partnering with them, we aim to align ourselves with their values and contribute meaningfully to the fight against cancer in Ireland. This collaboration presents an excellent opportunity for Hali to make a positive impact on providing valuable support to cancer patients and their families.
