Here are answers to some of the most common queries we receive. If we’ve missed anything, or you have questions please email us on hello@hali.ie or call down to the Management Suite.

You can find The Hali Management Team in the Management Suite which is located on the ground floor in the lobby of The Hunt Building. It is open from Monday-Friday: 9:00 – 6:00 pm.  If you need to contact the team, you can phone on 01 223 9670, or email hello@hali.ie. They are excited to help you settle into your Hali home!

If you experience an emergency (e.g., fire, power outage, or plumbing issue) during office hours, please phone the Hali Management Team on 01 223 9670. If it is out of office hours, please phone our after-hour service on 01 291 6243.

If you need non-urgent maintenance assistance, the easiest and most efficient way is to do this via the Hali Resident App, or the Resident Portal.

We have secure allocated underground car parking available for every apartment. The number of car spaces is dependent on your apartment size. Parking is €60 per month. Please email the team at hello@hali.ie.

We are delighted that you want to invite family and friends to spend time at Hali.

For residents in the Hunt and the Galvin, spaces 38 – 45 and 53 – 58 are reserved for visitors. For residents in the Barrington, spaces 112 – 119 are reserved for visitors.

Visitors can only park for a maximum stay of 2 x 24 hour stays within a 7-day period. Our carpark is monitored so this will be checked daily to ensure a guest is not parking there every day.

Friday to Sunday 06:00am – 11:00pm

If you would like to make a booking for a private event in one of our Club Houses, you may do so on the Hali Resident App.

Yes! We offer weekly resident wellness classes. We’ve partnered with Collective Fitness to run bespoke fitness classes in the Wellness Suite at 9:00 am on Saturday mornings. The Collective Fitness team also offer tailored training and nutrition packages at a discount to Hali residents.

Yogi and meditation expert Paula offers zen classes on Mondays at 6:30pm in Club House 4, The Barrington Building and Wednesdays at 7:30pm in Club Houses 1 and 2, The Hunt Building.

All our classes are complimentary.

Yes! They are also free to book for private events. You can make a booking on the Hali Resident App, or the Resident Portal.

Yes! Once Upon a Time is situated on the ground floor of the Hunt Building. They offer a baby room, wobbler room, toddler room, pre montessori and a montessori rooms. You can contact them on 01 568 8355.

We also are also delighted to offer family friendly play rooms and playgrounds, and the team regularly host Hali Kids arts and crafts afternoon.

Your monthly rent at Hali includes:

  • Enterprise level Wi-Fi in your apartment and throughout the Hali community
  • Cable TV package with Virgin Media, with upgrade packages available at an exclusive Hali discount
  • Access to all amenities to include gyms, saunas, work from home zones, entertaining club houses, and all social spaces
  • Events throughout the year
  • On-going wellness classes
  • Onsite support from the Hali Management Team

Yes, we have storage containers available to rent in our basement locations at a monthly cost of €25. We are happy to bring you on a tour of the available storage options if interested.

Of course you can! Hali are completely pet friendly and we welcome your furry friends! Your furry friends must obey the terms of the Hali Pet Policy and House Rules. Pets are €30 per month.

Hali are delighted to offer MyPup – parcel delivery services to all of our residents. MyPup make sure all packages are delivered to Hali residents in a safe and sustainable manner. You can pick it up from the lockers whenever it suits you best!

  • Create your account at my-pup.com/register.
  • Select ‘Hali Cherrywood’ as the Pick Up Point location.
  • Shop online using the MyPup delivery address. (Cyclone Couriers, Pleasants House, Pleasants Lane, Saint Kevin’s, Dublin 8, D08F54N)

Yes. We have marked the bins in the common spaces ‘Recycling’ and ‘General Waste’. You can find our guidelines for what is accepted in both here. Keywaste are our nominated waste collectors, and we ask that you respect the bin areas in the basement and sort your rubbish responsibly and correctly.

By properly recycling our waste, we can collectively contribute to a healthier environment, reduced waste, and a more sustainable future. Help us plan for a better future.

Absolutely, we’ve worked with our WiFi partner Virgin Media to organise upgrade packages available at an exclusive Hali discount to our residents.

The fastest, and our favourite way to get to Dublin City Centre is by Luas! It is literally on your doorstep, and takes 40 minutes to get to St Stephen’s Green. There are also multiple bus routes, the 7, 84, 84a, 84x, 145 will all bring you to the City. We’ve compiled transport links for all the local hotspots here.

Our top tip is to invest in a Leap card! Leap card fares are usually up to 30% less than cash tickets, and you will also benefit from the TFI 90 minute Fare. You can find them in most local shops and you can top them up at the Luas ticket machine, or on the Leap Top Up app available on the App Store and Google Play.

As Hali staff and residents, we are blessed to have three amazing parks on our doorsteps, with Tully park being the closest.

  • Tully Park is a 9-hectare flagship with ecological trails, fitness areas, and a cultural heritage zone for active or passive recreation.
  • Beckett Park spans 5 hectares. It’s a vibrant community hub with sports facilities, playgrounds, and a café – a paradise for sports enthusiasts and families.
  • Ticknick Park covers 19 hectares. It offers top-notch sports facilities with seamless design, accessible via walkways and cycle paths.
