As a key member of the Hali Team, Siofra shares her experiences from the lease up of the first building in Hali Cherrywood, to the transformative impact of an educational session with sustainability advocate Pat Kane. How did you first become interested in real estate?
My passion for real estate has been a lifelong journey. As a child, I was captivated by home renovation and design shows, like Location, Location, Location, and Grand Designs. The incredible property transformations unveiled in these shows sparked my intrigue in the creative aspects of real estate.
Fast forward a few years and I was so excited join the early team tasked with building the Hali community. I joined the company as part of a close knit team of three Leasing Specialists who were responsible for leasing the Hunt building in its entirety, before we even opened the doors!
What do you love about working with Hali?
The Hali Teams unbelievable commitment to creating spaces that residents can truly call home, from the initial design inception, to the complimentary weekly wellness classes, to planning events where residents can build friendships aligns perfectly with the career I’ve always envisioned. It makes it so easy to love being part of the team! I’m eager to see what the future holds, both for my team and our residents as the Hali Cherrywood community continues to come on in leaps and bounds.
What’s the most interesting or unique experience you’ve had while working at Hali?
As part of the Hali ESG programme, we were lucky to benefit from an educational session with sustainability advocate, Pat Kane on waste and its environmental consequences. I personally found it to be a transformative experience.
Pat’s insights and expertise in this field opened my eyes to the profound impact our waste has on the planet. Learning about the staggering toll it takes on the environment, from overflowing landfills to pollution and depletion of natural resources, was both eye-opening and deeply concerning.
This newfound awareness spurred a shift in my attitude towards waste disposal and fast fashion in my household. I now approach it with a heightened sense of responsibility, placing a greater emphasis on recycling, reducing, reusing and thinking more before I purchase fast fashion or items from the likes of Shein or Temu.
This session with Pat Kane served as a wake-up call, motivating me to make more eco-conscious choices in my daily life to help mitigate the adverse effects of waste on our planet.

What keeps you motivated during a busy workday?
I make sure that every hectic workday has a positive start! I kick off my day with a cup of coffee and get competitive with a friendly game of Wordle with my colleagues. We love this kick start to the day and it’s these small things that bring us closer as a team. If ever I feel demotivated, I make sure to communicate this to my colleagues to help perk me up. It’s so important to look out for your work-mates and keep on building these brilliant relationships.

- I love to travel, and have visited 47 different countries
- I could not live without an extra shot oat latte
- I have two gorgeous dogs, Juno and Margot
